Just an idea.
I think our entries can be written out in a certain format so that it will look more standardised. Start with writing the entry title (indicate which entry e.g first, second etc) , proceed with the post and sign off with your name.
Eg:
Title:Yi Ling's First Entry
Entry
Sign Off
