Screenplay
The screenplay in the movie was first not in chronological order. It was shown in a way where it would cause the viewer confusion at certain points. Due to the order, the viewer would be unable to understand what was happening at certain points of the film. This helped to build suspense at certain points of the film. At certain points, it causes the viewer to expect what would happen next, however at certain times it shows the viewer not what they were expecting. In a show 'Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu', a similar technique was applied to achieve a similar effect.
The screenplay also displayed some very stereo typical portrayals of certain characters. Such examples are like the priest. He was portrayed in a way like most people will view of priest. Very dedicated to the religion. Always putting the blame and thanks on god in times of confusion and for beneficial purposes. Having that in place, the screenplay shows how the other characters react to such behaviors and actions. Such as how the characters react to such a pastor actions in various situations, such as over believing him the pastor or refusing to believe in the priest and thinks the pastor is talking nonsense. Another example would be the stereotype of a kind of over protective wife. Michael's wife was very protective of Michael and was not willing to let Michael take the blame. She was a wife who thinks she would be able to support her husband, even if it means against his will.
The character development in each character was also very strong. Such as how a character reacts when he realizes that he had killed 3 people and starts to change his views and his reaction towards him own beliefs. It also show how much the character's actions changes although his values may be similar. It like showing different interpretations of a single value to type of thought.
The screenplay was also written to show how much a person is worth, using 21 grams as a form of measurement. By bringing up the 21 grams theory every so often, it helps to make people think about how much a person's life is worth. Is every life worth a lot, or is every life just worth 21 grams. This is shown by having characters mourning of the death of a love one and having a person who does not treasure his life at all after killing 3 people in an accident.
Cinematography
In the film, many a times, the camera did not capture many things that happened, such as the car knocking down the 3 people. Instead, they show another scene and we hear the bang sounds, but not the action. This allows us to feel a sense of confusion, at the same time, it makes us imagine what could possibly have happened with just sounds as our only clue.
The lightings at some portions of the film also gave a sense of mysterious and tranquil feel to it, such as the sex scene. However that similar lighting was also used in the scene when a character shot himself. This gives the viewer a sense of contradiction between what has been seen, resulting in the effect and feel of certain scenes exaggerated. A similar style was used in the show 'SOLA', in which when the scene when the girl met the guy was also a similar atmosphere when the guy died.
At certain points of the film, the colors wee also made slightly more saturated, probably to help invoke stronger and deeper emotions.
The cinematography was also done in a way, not to glorify one's life, but to show the characters in their plain selves. It was to make the audience feel exactly how much value the character has, and not confuse the audience thoughts one this area, allowing the audience to properly think and gauge for themselves how much the characters actually worth.
Editing
Not much editing was done to the film. Most of the editing would include the tinting of certain scenes and the saturation of the colors to some scenes. It also includes the non-chronological order placement of the scenes in the film.
Sound
The sound was used very effectively. The sound was used to convey action, such as the car knocking down scene. At the same time, it was also used to portray gun shots, which were not shown visually on screen. This create a sense of mystery and suspense. At times, it gives the viewers a moment to imagine what could have happened in the scene. The sounds also help in exaggerate the movements or action or the characters at many times.
Little background music throughout the films helps to create a suspense at times, at times helping to bring out the sadness in the characters. At same time, there were many scenes of silence to help create suspense and sadness as well. This is sometimes done by even silencing out the background noise. By putting the two together and well blending them together, it helps invoke deep and powerful feelings, yet not making it sound out of place.
The use of no music was also present to help the audience see the character's situation as it is, not glorifying or exaggerating it at many critical points, allowing the audience to feel exactly the feeling of such an situation, allowing proper judgment of the situation and characters.
Sudden use of loud sounds, such as crashes and gun shots, at time help to shock the viewer. This is usually done with a silence following the loud sound. It makes it hard to predict what was happening at times, and when the sound comes it, it often comes in as a surprise and thus, chocking the viewer.
Art Direction
The art direction of the film was very well done. At certain times, things such as the chapel session, was very well done. It was done in a way where it showed the mood of a chapel, yet able to over exaggerate how a normal session would be. At the same time, still capturing how a normal session would be.
Another point would be how the character dresses. Given various situations, the characters each dress differently, showing the state they are in at many times. Things such as the hair cut was also used to portray the characters thoughts and feelings at times as well. Make up was also heavily used. By altering the facial condition, it helps to portray the thoughts and condition the character is in as well. The make up was also well done to show how dirty the environment the character has gone through. This was also used in the film 'Kamen Rider the Next'.
The location at many times were also well chosen to help portray the mood. One example would be when the party was going on in a noisy well lit and colored living-hall to show joy and celebration. However, at the same time, a dark location outside the house was used to portrayed a sense of pain, guilt and confusion. Having the location next to each other, it also helps to show contradiction of the feelings at that point of time.
Acting
The acting was very realistic and accurate. The portrayals of each of the characters was well thought of. Although through the film, the characters have changed their views and attitude towards things, the actors were still able maintain the character in a way where the character in some ways was still like how he behaved in the start of the film, no matter how much the change.
Another would be the use of body language and movement. The body languages and movements were well planned and choreographed. Many a times, the characters emotions and thoughts were portrayed by the movements of the body, adding to the intensity of the characters feelings and thoughts. This was very well portrayed in another film, “Kamen Rider Den-O”. It was a show where the lead actor had to portray 7 different characters with completely different thoughts, feelings and styles. He managed to pulled it off through unique body movements for each character down to minor details such as picking up objects.

san conclusion
well finally its over and goodbye to year 1. In the whole of p1 , it was a good learning experience and it also helped me realise alot of things especially who are the real friends. During the journey , when i just started the 1st block of p1 i was rather worried as my group mate are people that i dont even know, and as time pass, we get to know each other better and it was great , it was rather relax at first as its all just planning and we are all free to throw our ideas out and discuss to see if which is the most suitable one. Things are all going as planned only until a big setback which is i believe known to many of our friends/lecturers the lost of our footage due to a hard disk crash two days before the submission.
It was a big blow for lonxy and we were all overhelmed and stunned by the fact that such misfortune actually happen to us. All 3 of us were very worried/pissed/lost at that point of time . That was a big setback however also a good learning point for us to know what might happen to us and always keep lots of copies of backup files everywhere.
Also, at that point of time altho such a thing happen, jovi yiling and also myself, we didn't give up and we our best to produce something that we could with that little time. No doubt the final video is definately not what we expected as we lost alot of footages and we had to come up with something and we tried our best. Jovi and yiling were great people with great mind i must say.
In the process of the whole of p1 , it was tiring, fun and stressful. From the planning, to interim one, which was rather disappointing and we feel that its not the end and we carry on with our best and went on with shooting and interim two was much better. Editing and everything during that period was tiring and hoping to get ready for the final presentation/screening but sadly didnt work out as what we intended due to an unexpected problem. It was a pity as we didnt had enough time to redo what we lost and it wasnt as good as before.
Anyway its all over and done with, a good experience for all of us. This project would be made possible if not for the people that went through it with us, fellow MOI-ers and our lecturers.
Of cos not to mention, my good old teammates jovi and yiling. Thanks for everything and we are moving on. Next stop, year 2 coming our way.

Yi Ling's Eleventh Entry (Conclusion)
Overall, I feel this whole two months of journey in P1 have been a roller-coaster. During the first month, everything was good as we opened our minds to plenty of ideas, be it exaggerated or vapid but we stick by to the things we could do and achieve. No one would have thought that a hard disk crash during such crunch time (and especially since it was a new purchase) ; two days prior to submission.
That was a big blow but we gathered what we have and redo some of the scenes. Even the trailer I made to be inserted for the whole compilation did not work at the eleventh hour and I don't know why. I don't know if it's Murphy's Law or just pure technical faults but all I can say is that it's over there's no point dwelling over it. What we could do now is to learn from our mistakes. It was new to work with Jovi and Guan San and I have to say they were helpful guys that you can carry out good conversations with and although we started out feeling weird amongst each other (and especially since it was the first time), we weren't very comfortable I have to say but as time wears on, we are more "informal" in our speeches and are able to voice out freely, be it good or bad.
Surely, I wouldn't say that the whole two months have been a "honeymoon" period; in fact we went through quite a lot. Interim One was quite a disappointment but I bounced back; I felt unsatisfied but in way, I have to admit that the presentation wasn't too good; Interim Two was better; more composed and ready. Final presentation was supposed to be epic, but we have to be pulled down by a hard disk crash and yes, I have to say it's a big pity because so much time is wasted. Pre-production planning, green-screen shooting, renting of tv studio, late night at animation labs trying to get things done and early morning meet-ups the next day to repeat the whole process. So naturally, when such crises happen, I am bound to be afraid, bound to fall apart. (before I start on the additional stress of H&C)
We're not super humans and at the end of the day, we still need a break.
Working on a big scale project like this made me realise that time management is very important and the ability to NOT fall apart. It's not easy though but I'll learn in time to come. All in all, I thank Guan San and Jovi for playing a part in P1 and helping each other along the way.
Thanks to Wahidah too, without you, P1 wouldn't have been possible as well and especially with those consultations to improve our work etc.
It's sad to part and for the block to end and transition into year 2 junior but that's life. I'll carry on but I'll not part with these memories.
Thanks for everything.

San's Tenth Entry
Tomorrow is the final deadline for P1 submission and right now we are done with the piecing together except the rendering which we are doing tomorrow. A self reminder: to burn data AND video DVD. Yiling should be done with the cd design and everything and it will be screened on Friday. I hope all goes well. It has been a long journey with good times and bad times but I am glad we managed to resolve problems as a team.
After Friday, it will be freedom. Goodbye to P1.

Jovi's Tenth Entry
Today I tried re-rendering some of the scenes which I have lost during my harddisk crash and so far, I would have to say progress is good. I managed to find some footages at my desktop as well and this relieved me for a moment because I initially thought we lost everything and starting from scratch is seriously going to kill us.
I am also stressed up over another module I am taking this block (Design H&C) and somehow this whole ordeal really happended at the wrong time; in fact it should never have happened but oh well. Today, Yiling managed to do the voice over and touched on the cd design sleeve, whereas I managed to getour scenes sorted out as due to the crash, some files went missing etc.
Tomorrow's the final day. I hope I can get everything rendered and done with.
That's about all.

Yi Ling's Tenth Entry
I have to say today was quite a terrible day because Jovi's harddisk crashed and we saved everything in it. It came as a totol shock, a total disaster, totally at a wrong time when we are all on almost done with everything but just wasn't to be. We have to take out/simplify some scenes because it's impossible to retrive some footages.
Luckily, we still maanged to gather ourselves together and re-do backgrounds for our scenes. Jovi managed to find some footages at his desktop as well. The thing we learnt is that Murphy's Law happens and we must always be prepared to face setbacks, even they seem the most unexpected. Who would have thought a one week old drive would just crash like that? And apparently, my hard drive crashed as well (same brand and bought at the same time) - well I guess bad things do happen. Lesson learnt.

Yi Ling's Ninth Entry
Today, we are more or less finished with all the background for the green screen scenes. What is left is just putting them into the green screen and the effects are almost finished and after we finish the background and effects we can move on to the voice over and then finish things up and start rendering everything in and it will be up and ready.
Way to go.

Jovi's Ninth Entry
Alright today we have done some of the scenes with editing and adding the effects and there are quite afew scenes left to go. And also, we did some of the background for the greenscreen as most of our video are all greenscreen but we didn't do much on voice over today. we will try to complete the background and editing for everything by next week and hopefully finish up everything by tuesday so that we can have time for the other modules for myself and yiling, our HnC final are coming and its definitely gonna take up lots of time and also Guan san's animation final is on the way also and its gonna be stressful so hope that everything can go smoothly . =)

San's Seventh Entry
So far all is good. we are doing voice over to add into our video and piecing up the bits and pieces of the video together today and we face some problem in the footage as it cant be rendered but fortunately it was solved and everything resumed. today i have to say i learnt more about Adobe Premiere with the help of jovi , he is good with premiere and i got the hang of it after he explained . Tomorrow will be the presentation for our rough cut in class.
I hope all goes well.

Yi Ling's Eighth Entry
Oh well, I have to say it's a tiring process trying to re-shoot my scenes just because I keep screwing up when I am getting recorded on video. I think I need to learn to be more natural and less tensed. Guan San said that it was very weird to appear in front of a handy cam at first but after multiple tries, it will become an easy task and in fact, we will look more confident. I think I still got a lot to learnt to act. Important thing is to brace myself for production. I know post-production's not going to be easy as well with voicing over and all.
Let's march on!

Jovi's Eight Entry
So far, the progress for our group is quite steady though we might not be so natural up on camera yet but this is something we are trying to practice and to make ourselves look as confident and natural up front on video camera. It's strange that we get our scripts rehearsed and all and thought we can pull it off but I guess there are always other issues to handle. I think we can make it, just have to cope with the late nights for at least 3-4 more weeks.
Gambatte!

Yi Ling's Seventh Entry
There is supposed to be my shoot today but turns out that our cast Zhao Han is sick and we couldn't proceed without him. My scene will be postponed to next week. We have all done with the green screen shoots and after which, we will proceed to do outdoor shoots starting next Tuesday for Video Fundamentals and etc. We have downloaded those footage(s) that are done and will try to squeeze time out for some editing hopefully by next Monday/Tuesday. I hope all is well.

Yi Ling's Sixth Entry
Today, we did more green screen shoots during the evening since the morning, Jovi was trying to get the footages that we shot in the TV studio yesterday into the computer. Turned out that there were some faults with the fire wire and we could not upload those footages for editing on computer yet.
I was supposed to do my photography scene yesterday but our cast, Zhao Han suggested a good idea to adopt a "stop-motion" style for my scene as well (to portray a bit of uniqueness, instead of it being so documentary-styled) so I have to go through everything again, and re-shoot. Anyway, there were quite a bit of problems with my filming because I felt I wasn't spontaneous enough. Hopefully I could be mentally prepared to shoot again on tomorrow/Friday.
For now, I would need to look through my script and prepare so that I won't forget my lines. Guan San and Zhao Han did their ideation scene today and I thought it was good. We managed to find an unused classroom to set up our scene there since the TV Studio is not always available. Another something I learnt is that one shouldn't wear a watch when doing a green-screen scene because the reflection from the watch will affect the aftermath.
Tentatively, it should be a break for the group and we will do some consultation with Wahidah in the afternoon and update her about our project progress thus far. Hopefully, we could complete all the green screen scenes and start on outdoor shoots next week.

Yi Ling's Fifth Entry
So we tried to touch up on our proposal, scripts and I did my photography storyboard as well. I hope tomorrow's presentation will be smooth. I'm finalising the contents of the proposal now before getting it printed in a while.
As of now, I can't wait to get all the theoretical things done and get started on filming. Jovi might do some location-scanning on Friday and yes, i foresee sleepless nights, huge eyebags, stone-in-front-of-pc whole-day editing ahead but i think it's going to be worth the effort. With H&C coming up next block too, i think i must really learn to manage time and keep up with timelines. San will be having Anifun which will also prove to be a busy busy block ahead.
Oh well, that's the Designer's life. We are zombies, hahaha.

Jovi's Seventh Entry
Finally today, one again much progress is seen in our work. Seriously this is good. We got our story pretty firmed up and all. SO everything is going fine. All on track.
Well, I feel honestly, we have progressed alot, not just in ou idea, but as in knowing each other. Among ourselves. Honestly, I initially had much problems with the group. Well, communication barrier. Well, cause we were fom differant group of friend.
I can still remember the day when I realise Guan San was in our group. I think I pretty much scared him back then, now that I think about it. Suddenly grabbing and shacking his hands while jumping around. But now I have to admit, Guan San is probably one of the best guys I've seen so far. Good ideas, always pushing it to the limit, to the max. No regrets working with him.
Then, for Yi Ling. Honestly, I had observed her fo sometime before MOI p1. Well, its because of Sheryl, I think I did not spell it wrong, I hope. Well, you see, not that I like Sheryl, but there is this guy in Engine school, in my CCA that has such a similar face to Sheryl. Only that Sheryl has much better complextion. So at first, I found Yi Ling the rather quiet type. Now that I woked with her, I think she;s not so quiet. In fact, I think she has a lot of potential. Both in skills, willing to lean and good ideas. Complete change of my view on her.
Yup, I think for now this would be it. This is probably the first post, I think, that is barely project related, but more on our group members.

Yi Ling's Fourth Entry
Hey guys,
Just to update, I'm in the midst of doing the mood boards and i discovered that initally we came up with the idea that our character would be in his slumber at home and then he will wake up and head to the door. However, over the last few days, we altered that idea and changed the location as well. How would the ending come into place; we knocking on his classroom door or something else will take place?
We can try to post some possible/alternative endings if case our very initial one don't blend it very well.
That's about all.

Jovi's Sixth Entry
Well, its coming to three weeks now. Everything seems to be going fine. Our group finally get some 'good' wok started. At the moment, we came out with simple storyboards and brief ideas for the video. At the moment, we would lack mood boards as well as more detailed stoy boards.
SO far, fo our idea, we have decided to use a dream as a base. Why? Ok, fist of all, our memberr ideas all come from all over the place. SO using a dream would be the best way to merge our ideas all together. Well, I guess that turned out pretty well overall.
Anyways, I'd like to introduce to people, this guy. Zhao Han. Soon to be MOI year 1, and will be helping us in our P1. He has experience in Animation, both 2D and 3D, which would be of much halp too.

Jovi's Fifth Entry
Today came the presentation. I think I'll begin with an overall. Today, I felt that most of the groups were pretty well prepared. However, I there was a similar trend among all our events. Each of us would have at least 1 carnival based event. Well, to be honest, I was expecting that, since it was the easiest to come out with. However, as a side track, it makes me wonder. There has been carnivals fo such purposes, but why aren't they as effective as we planned. I've been to two such events, so to be honest, I think it works only in theory. Poor response o people just go there look around and do nothing. All in all, I think the best Idea I felt, was the instuments one. I think I was by Alina's group. It was to have all the CCs combine. Each CC would have people to teach 1 instrument. Participants must sign up in a pair of one old, one young. At the end of it, they would gather to perform during national day. I felt it was creative and it also helps make our national day more unique. Good job!
Ok, now for our group. To be honest, I was not satisfied with our assignment. Probably due to the mess up we had yesterday. Honestly, I felt I was pretty much at fault. I guess things would have been better if had slept more and could think more clearly yesterday. A mistake is a mistake, no excuses. Sorry guys. Ok back to the main point. I felt our presentation and assignment lacked much detail planning. Presentation wise, we should have practiced together as a group. I think, correct me if I am wrong, all of my group members presented the project pretty well, just that we didn't really sync. That was how I felt.

Yi Ling's Third Entry
I was supposed to post yesterday but it just totally slipped my mind while I was trying to gather information for the presentation which was supposed to be today. It's okay that it was postponed as I got more time for preparation cause I hate last-minute anythings (particularly work, not much on impromptu outings, lol) So yes, we went to the LT and watch various project 1 videos which were done and I have to say the first one "MOI News" was quite interesting and comical; if the intended purpose of that was to make audience laugh then i'd say it has achieved its purpose. Good one.
In terms of technical aspects of the videos, there was this group which tried green screen and although the script wasn't all that good (i heard a lot of "NEXT PLEASE" coming from one of us), i think like they did try to challenge themselves by incorporating different kind of "effects" in their video. I personally don't really like the duration but still I think they deserve a bit of credit for the effort. I have discussed some ideas with Jovi already and hopefully by next week, Guan San, Jovi and me could really merge all our ideas and expertise together and see what we can come up with.
It's going to be a tough week but hopefully, we'll make this tough journey fun too. :)

I was in a rather bad shape yesterday that i have to skip lesson to rest and recover. Today , there is no lesson for Moi p1 and i met jovi at 11 and discuss about what we have researched and came up with certain possible solution for the third age council and yiling meet up with us soon after. Our ppt are finishing and should be done by tonight . Thanks jovi for putting up visuals and everyone for the hardwork. Nothing much for today so i'll end the entry now. We wil be meeting up tomorrow at 10 to see if there's any necessary changes to our ppt and hope that things will go smoothly for tomorrow's presentation.

Jovi's Forth Entry
Well, today we watched a documentary about some Nike advertisment. How it was planned, the process etc. To be honest, I felt that it was interesting, but quite a bit of excess information and limited visuals. Most of the things discussed about how the chose production house etc. I felt it was a bit redundant to me, cuz they were stating the obvious. It seemed extremely textbook answe to me. I felt they should have explained more about the technical aspects rather explaining how they got the job.
Next in class, Yi Ling and I, finally started our first discussion for our final assignment for MOI P1. Guan San was not around as he was not feeling well. Yi Ling and I basically discussed what we had to do and came out with some ideas. We watched some videos on youtube and yup, that more or less ended our discussion.

San's second post
well today was a rather short day as wahidah wanted us to discuss about Design proposal and what are the content in a Design proposal. Apart from that, our group progress are rather steady thanks to my group member Yiling and Jovi. We will be doing more research to back us up and also know the current stituation better so that we can come out with the best solutions. Things are still processing and we will update more about our progress on the next entry . =)

Yi Ling's Second Entry
There was no lesson today but group consultations with Wahidah. After dividing some of the "job scopes", I went on to research on what were some of the things that can really seal the generation gap between the old folks and the teenagers. I went to search about traditional games and stumbled upon randoms like kite-flying (which isn't of much aid since I think it is quite boring).
I also went to scout more on chinese chess for I believe judging by the number of old folks hanging around void decks playing chinese chess, it's quite a popular game they enjoyed and I have seen how teenagers play them too these days (I learnt how to play it years ago) therefore to include this idea will be quite helpful. I also went to gather information on cooking for I think it's quite an interesting activity which allows good interaction between young and old and this idea as discussed with Jovi and Guansan today could be merged together to form up something new, though a lot of things are still in the works.
I need to do some interviews amongst teens/old this weekend to gather more concrete information to further branch out our ideas for presentation next Thursday.
That's about all. :)

Jovi's Third Entry
Hi there. Well today was a bit depressing as Ivy has officially left out group.
All the best Ivy!
Anyways, just to state before any confusion, if by any chance posts on our blog by Ivy ends up in another blog, no fear, she has all right to repost her contents to the other blog.
Ok back to the main thing. Today we basically discussed on the old people project. To date, most of the research material came from me. I have aleady done 2 interviews. One issue brought up was the language barrier. Much of the older generation only speak Hokkien, Catonese etc. Languages we rarely or can't speak. This surprisingly includes malays and indians.
Next, it was researched that music can link the old and young generations. Apparently, language does not seem to be the issue. This was brought up by one of the persons I interviewed who said using remixes of older songs allow people of both generations to enjoy it, as well as getting younge generation to look up on the original version of the song. Thus by doing so, he attracts both generation of customers.
Yup thats about what we discussed.

Jovi's Second Entry
Today was rather unique. No lesson, but a movie screening session in the morning. It was the screening of Victric Thng short films. To be honest, I found the first few films shown a little boing. Espeacially Locust, so I have no idea at all how it actually won an award. Some of the films shown were very intersting, angles, concept and story flow. Some of them were very touching and all were depressing. Among all, I found 'The Mole' the most intersting one. Well, probably cause sets were used, and I am pretty interested in filming with sets.
At the end of it, I believe among the students, I was the only one flooding Victric with questions, at least moe than 2 questions. At the end of it, I chose to approach Victric after the session.
Ok, here are some pointers you might be interested in, I hope.
First, about 'Objectifs', if by any chance or whatsoever you need to get in touch with them, I got their contacts etc. I can even bing you to their office lol. Anyways, look out for gallerys sponsored by Objectifs, they are of much value.
Next, something that Victric pointed out to me after the session. Team members welfare. Please make sure members have smoking, toilet, lunch and whatever breaks needed. Plus provide food and drinks if possible. This way, your team will perform better and help to reduce conflicts.
Yup, I guess thats it for today, Jovi Signing off.

Ivy's Second Entry
SWe were taught today about the design process, which is basically the steps taken towards creating the best and most unique looking product.
The steps, based on our group's findings, are:
1) To identify the problems in our surroundings
2) To describe the exact results which we want, such as the appearance or benefits, etc.
3) To gather information on the necessary and appropriate tools that we require
4) To select the solutions which we think is reasonable to carry out
5) To evaluate the actual results of our product against the results we had previously foreseen. [No. (2)]
6) To study the flaws of the final product and make any final modifications to it, so as to make it better.
This process could probably aid us in creating a perfect product based on the principles of ergonomics and overall design, which should look visually appealling and innovative at the same time.

Lonxy Blogging Protocol
Hi Lonxy,
Just an idea.
I think our entries can be written out in a certain format so that it will look more standardised. Start with writing the entry title (indicate which entry e.g first, second etc) , proceed with the post and sign off with your name.
Eg:

Yi Ling's First Entry
After the combined briefing in the LT today, we were given lots to draw and then dispersed into our groups. I hope to be able to know my group members more and come up with something creative in our design proposals and solutions. I look forward to work with my team members and hopefully, we can share wonderful ideas in time to come. Hopefully, we can also make history with Lonxy!
For now, this blog is set up today and I am trying out my first reflection. We are going to organise a rota (sounds like otah) by tomorrow to take turns to ink down our after thoughts. We are also currently in discussion to alter our blog's layout. (and I am also contemplating setting up a tagboard here soon for easy discussion amongst members)
I look forward to see what is in store for tomorrow.

Jovi's First Entry
Well, guess our blog is up and running. Well, honestly, this is not my first time woking on a group project blog, though its probably the first time I'll be on the blog for two months.
Ok first of all, I think I'll start off with what I felt about today starting from the LT. Ok, today first of all we had a briefing. Rather simple briefing about MOI project 1. Then later we continued in class. First when in class, I was pretty glad I was in the same class as quite a number of people I know. However, I did panic a little when I realise we could not avoid the cruel reality of drawing lots. Well, my class decided to try to talk Wahidah into letting us pick our own groups. I honestly was initially fond of the idea, but later I felt like telling them just forget about working with people we know. Well, I did have much fun working with people I don't really know for video and found it rather fun. I always thought that my own group of friends were the only ones who were willing to bring things to a crazy level, but I guess I was wrong.
So first, I realise I got into the same group as Ivy. Well, it was good as it was someone I knew and worked with. Next I had Yiling followed by San. Well, I guess I got a pretty group. Well, it is a very good group. Well, as a start, I aleady see my group members being very optimistic and all, so I guess, everything will work out. My expectations of MOI project 1. To learn, have fun and get new friends.
Ok, now I think I'll intoduce myself a bit. XD Ok, first f all, I'm Jovi, MOI year 1. I pesonally like Animes, J-dramas, mangas etc. Practically almost everything Japanese. Well, I also am the kind who like to do things that are either never tried before, or simply would make an impact. As for working in a group, I'd like to break the barriers fast, as I don't like people to work as though we are just working for the sake of working.
Yup I guess thats it for now!

Ivy's First Entry
My Expectations: Probably to build stronger bonds with my classmates, and also to be able to create the most unique project of all.
Reflections for the Day: At first, I wasn't so sure of what MOI Project 1 is about, and am still not too sure yet..., but I'll always give my best in all that I do. However, it is good that most of the people in my present class are people whom I recognise. It should make things a lot easier if we are surrounded by people we can easily refer to when we are in doubt.

Guansan's First Entry
Today is the first day of block 9 , everyone was looking forward it as a new block starts with new classmates. The day started with a talk at LT25 and after that everyone headed back to our respective classes.
When we were told that we have to form a group that would last for the whole of MOI project 1 which means it will be the same group for 2 months, everyone was excited , However, upon hearing that the groups will be decided via drawing lots, everyone was shocked and felt very insecure as they won't be working with people that we are familiar with.
1 by 1, everyone drew the lot and when its my turn, It turn out that my group members are Jovi Ivy and Yiling. I don't really know them very well but yes like what Wahidah said, we have to learn to work with people that we are not familiar with, so i will have to deal with it.
I'm sure I'm not the only one that feel that way but forget it, be optimistic may all of us work together and have a good time together.
